How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on volume, customization, and delivery timeline, so we quote rather than publish fixed rates. Send us what you need and roughly how many, and we'll get back to you within one working day with pricing tailored to your order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes — it varies by item, typically 25 to 50 units per SKU. Check individual pricing tiers in the Catalog for specifics on each product.
Do you offer samples before a bulk order?
Yes. We send a paid sample kit or item for your approval, credited in full against your first order once you move ahead.
Do you provide GST invoicing?
Yes, on every order.

How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from artwork approval. Need it faster? Rush delivery in 72 hours is available on request, with a surcharge quoted up front.
Where do you deliver?
PAN India. Every order ships through the same national fulfilment process, regardless of location.
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes — share your logo files and brand guidelines, and we'll match your colorway as part of the artwork proof before production begins.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Let us know within a few days of delivery. We'll sort out a reprint or replacement — this is covered as part of every order, not an extra.

What do you need from us to start?
Your logo files, brand colors, and a rough idea of volume (monthly or one-off). That's enough for us to send a quote and, if you'd like, a sample.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No — one-off orders are welcome. If you want a recurring retainer (for regular onboarding kits, for example), we can set that up too, but it's optional.
How does delivery work if we're not in a major city?
Our courier coverage is PAN India, not just metro areas — production runs through our own vetted hubs, so turnaround and quality stay consistent wherever your team is.
How do reorders work?
Your brand assets and approved artwork are saved after the first order, so reorders skip the re-briefing step entirely — just tell us the quantity.
